Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our Richmond, BC warehouse.
Delivery Time
Standard ground shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Canada. Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and box dimensions. Flooring ships by the full box, please ensure your order quantity accounts for the number of boxes needed, including the recommended 10% overage for cuts and waste.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your shipment in real time.
Large Orders and Freight
Orders of 10 or more boxes, or orders where dimensions exceed standard parcel limits, may ship via freight carrier. If your order requires freight delivery, our team will contact you to coordinate and ensure you are available to receive the shipment.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing the carrier receipt. If you notice damage, note it on the receipt and document it with photos immediately. Contact us at nameflooring@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after signing without noting damage may not be accepted by the carrier.
Free Samples
We offer free flooring samples (up to 3 per household) shipped via Canada Post. Sample orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Visit our contact page to request yours.
