Refund policy
We offer a 6-month return policy on unopened boxes. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused, unopened product within 6 months of your delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price.
To initiate a return, contact us at nameflooring@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship items back without first receiving a Return Authorization from us.
Return Conditions
- Boxes must be completely unopened and in their original packaging.
- Opened boxes may be eligible if at least 80% of the box is unused and in original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
- Return address: Name Flooring, Richmond, BC (please contact us for the complete return address).
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please document any damage with photos before signing the carrier delivery receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at nameflooring@gmail.com.
Exceptions
- Products that have been installed cannot be returned.
- Special-order or custom-cut products are non-returnable.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
